Campaign & Automation Manager – Digital Growth Lead

About the role

Airtel Business is seeking a driven marketing professional to lead digital growth, campaign execution and marketing automation across the B2B customer lifecycle. You will own both organic and paid initiatives, optimise customer journeys and maximise the impact of digital investments.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels, managing planning, audience selection, budgeting and reporting.
• Drive digital growth through paid and organic channels, including SEO, AEO and generative‑AI discovery.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign performance, from impressions to leads, SQLs and order booking.
• Oversee email marketing programmes, nurture journeys and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain and evaluate the marketing technology stack, introducing new tools to improve efficiency.
• Lead CRM and marketing automation projects to enhance lead quality, conversion and sales‑marketing collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing, campaign management and digital growth for B2B audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track, interpret and optimise funnel metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of coordinating with product, brand, content and agency partners.
