About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Call Center and Customer Service Representative to join our 24/7 operations in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications across phone, chat, and email while delivering a professional and courteous experience to our customers.

Key responsibilities

Answer and manage calls, live chats, and email inquiries in English.
Follow up on open cases and ensure they are resolved to closure.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams promptly.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, preferably Freshdesk.
Work rotating shifts to support round‑the‑clock service.

Required profile

Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
Minimum 1 year of call‑center experience, preferably in fintech projects.
Willingness to work in shift‑based schedules.
Immediate availability to start.
Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, India.

Required skills

Experience with Freshdesk or similar CRM platforms.
