Call Agent

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Call Agent to join our Hyderabad team. In this position you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, answer customer queries and provide accurate information about our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls in a professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve issues.
• Document each interaction accurately in the company system.
• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow call scripts, company policies and meet quality and efficiency targets.
• Participate in regular training sessions and adhere to scheduled work hours.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with problem‑solving ability.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn call‑center software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional communication training is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Hyderabad and adapt to shifting priorities.
