Calibration Project Manager - Gasoline Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead gasoline and CNG functional calibration activities throughout the product development lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with global OEM customers, managing project timelines, budgets, and delivery quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interactions with OEM customers for requirements engineering and act as the bridge between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive functional calibration projects, coordinating technical topics across teams.
• Plan project timelines, manage resources, control costs, and ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Prepare project documentation, audit requirements, and oversee project closure activities.
• Conduct customer meetings, status reviews, and reporting.
• Guide and mentor the technical team in daily project and department activities.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in mechanical/automotive calibration development.
• Strong knowledge of powertrain systems, engine management, and testing techniques.
• Proven experience working with global OEMs and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and handle test‑vehicle procedures.

Required skills

• Model‑based calibration tools such as Uniplot, Cameo, ASCMO, AVL Puma.
• Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) systems.
• Automation and tools development.
• Data analysis and interpretation of numerical data.
• Knowledge of modelling and simulation techniques.
