About the role
The Cafe Staff member will work full‑time on‑site in Hyderabad, handling daily cafe operations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves direct interaction with customers, preparing and serving menu items, and supporting the overall efficiency of the cafe.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Prepare and present menu items following quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Handle basic cashier duties and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
- Restock supplies and coordinate with kitchen staff during peak periods.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene practices.
Required profile
- Strong food preparation and beverage handling abilities.
- Experience in food service and customer interaction.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper storage.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
