CAD Trainer – Teach CATIA, CREO, or NX CAD

About the role

CADCAMGURU is seeking a passionate CAD Trainer to deliver industry‑relevant design education to fresh engineering graduates. The role is based in Dhankwadi, Pune and focuses on building practical CAD skills using leading software tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands‑on sessions on CATIA, CREO or NX CAD, tailoring content to student skill levels.
• Provide technical support and quick solutions to software‑related queries.
• Develop and update teaching materials that bridge academic theory with real‑world engineering applications.
• Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Mentor students on engineering fundamentals such as applied mechanics and strength of materials.

Required profile

• BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in a CAD‑related role.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and adaptability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following CAD packages: CATIA, CREO, or NX CAD.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
