About the role
Air India is conducting an off‑campus walk‑in drive to recruit fresh cabin crew members for its nationwide operations. The role involves representing the airline on board, ensuring passenger safety and delivering high‑quality service during flights.
Key responsibilities
- Provide courteous and professional service to passengers throughout the flight.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of safety, security and service procedures.
- Comply with all DGCA regulations and keep required licences current.
- Ensure personal medical fitness and adhere to rest regulations for flight duties.
Required profile
- Completed Class 12 from a recognized board/university with at least 50 % marks.
- Warm, caring and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to represent Air India in a professional manner.
- Willingness to undergo training and comply with airline policies.
