CA Representative

About the role

Invesco, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a CA Representative to join its client services team in Hyderabad. You will act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely processing of requests while upholding the firm’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, research, and process client requests using internal systems and resources.
• Evaluate inquiries, exceptions, and rejected transactions to determine priority and appropriate resolution.
• Conduct account research, process financial and non‑financial transactions, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Interpret procedural guidelines and ensure compliance with departmental policies and controls.
• Escalate critical issues, risks, or concerns proactively.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and turnaround standards, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
• Document inquiries, complaints, resolutions, and communications in accordance with record‑keeping requirements.
• Initiate outbound communications when needed to clarify requests or resolve issues.
• Contribute to team goals, operational excellence initiatives, and departmental projects.
• Maintain subject‑matter expertise through ongoing learning and cross‑skilling.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of the mutual fund industry and terminology.
• Experience in a customer service environment within financial services.
• Strong communication abilities and quick grasp of new concepts.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and contribute to team and process improvements.
