Buyer II – Procurement Specialist

About the role

TechnipFMC is looking for a Buyer II to execute procurement strategies for assigned components, ensuring quality, cost‑effective products are delivered on time. You will work within a global energy leader that values curiosity, inclusion and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inquiry and purchasing activities within defined timeframes and budgets.
• Gather and verify all information required for issuing inquiries.
• Validate purchasing conditions against project requirements and report discrepancies to the Project Procurement Manager.
• Expedite bids and lead negotiations with vendors.
• Prepare purchase order documentation promptly and ensure quality compliance.
• Support recovery of amounts related to back‑charges with key clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation abilities and attention to detail.
