About the role

The Butler is responsible for delivering a seamless, high‑end guest experience from reservation through departure at a luxury resort. Acting as the primary point of contact, the Butler ensures every guest need is anticipated and fulfilled with professionalism and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests throughout their stay, handling reservations, check‑in, itinerary planning, flight confirmations, dinner bookings, and tour arrangements.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to guarantee villas are immaculate and ready for arrival.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance activities to minimize guest disturbance.
• Promote on‑site facilities and provide recommendations for external attractions.
• Assist other departments with guest‑related requests to ensure timely, professional service.
• Maintain high guest‑satisfaction scores and implement SOP and LQA standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas and ensure front‑office equipment is clean and functional.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to source quality items, control costs, and manage inventory.
• Support training initiatives across departments as needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or guest‑service roles is preferred.
• Proactive problem‑solving and cost‑control mindset.
