Butler Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Butler to join the pre‑opening team at Fairmont Udaipur Palace. In this role you will deliver personalized, anticipatory service that defines luxury hospitality for our discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bespoke Butler services such as unpacking, garment pressing, room set‑up, and arranging dining, transport and special requests.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, ensuring comfort and resolving any issues with meticulous attention to detail.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest needs seamlessly and maintain clear communication with colleagues and supervisors.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas, monitoring and replenishing in‑room amenities.
• Collaborate with team members, assist in training new staff on Butler standards and contribute to a cohesive guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an asset.
• Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast‑paced setting.
