Business/Site Controller Manager

About the role

The Business/Site Controller Manager will lead controlling activities for EC Automotive Coatings in India. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will provide reliable data and analysis to support strategic decisions and drive performance across the production site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and forecasting for OEM and Refinish Coatings, coordinating target setting with local and site management.
• Maintain the local reporting landscape and deliver comprehensive business and production performance analyses.
• Oversee product costing, site excellence initiatives, and the implementation of improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, audit follow‑up, and risk management processes.
• Manage inter‑company transfer pricing, cost‑sharing agreements, and financial review compliance.
• Coordinate with GBU/RBU controlling teams and influence stakeholders on controlling topics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business controlling, finance, or accounting.
• Proactive attitude, strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with reporting systems.
• Knowledge of digitalisation and controlling tools.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.
