Business Transformation Manager – Lead Strategic Projects

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Transformation Manager to join our team as a Transformation Lead. You will gain deep insight into Popeyes’ operations while driving high‑impact projects that shape the future of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Transformation and senior leaders to design and execute transformation strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives such as reducing oil consumption, optimizing manpower rostering, automating store indenting, and supporting high‑street growth.
• Act as program manager for a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring milestones are met and benefits realized.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights and recommend process improvements.
• Communicate progress and influence senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in a fast‑paced business or consulting environment, preferably with exposure to transformation, operations or project management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
