Business Strategy Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Strategy Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to drive performance improvement, cost‑optimization, and transformation initiatives. The role will support annual planning, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage large projects and programs focused on operational excellence, organization design, and cultural change.
• Design, develop, maintain, and present forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.
• Lead the central annual planning process, including goal distribution, KPI setting, budgeting, and ongoing forecasting.
• Translate strategic plans into actionable annual plans and execute specific projects.
• Scale services and tools by designing processes that support growth in volume, complexity, and geographic dispersion.
• Manage stakeholder communication, facilitate workshops, and maintain client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to industry and technology trend analysis.
• Support branding and positioning of the business unit through stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• MBA (Strategy, Marketing, Operations specialization preferred) with an engineering background.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Business Development, R&D, or Services, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior management.
• Proven analytical ability, sound business judgment, and a track record of influencing results.
• Ability to thrive in a lean, fast‑paced environment and to create scalable organizational visions.
