Business Program Manager, Data Center Operations

About the role

The Business Program Manager for Data Center Operations will support facilities technicians by managing maintenance agreements for all facility‑related systems. The role leads cost control, contractor management and collaborates with the Environment, Health and Safety team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute work assignments with varying levels of supervision.
• Act as the primary point of contact for projects assigned by the facility manager.
• Prepare statements of work (SoW) for facility operations agreements.
• Obtain vendor proposals, create purchase orders and review/approve invoices.
• Manage contractor performance against key performance indicators and ensure compliance with safety measures.
• Resolve conflicts and issues with support service vendors under the direction of the facility manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable and financial lifecycle management.
• Experience with budgeting, contracting and financial administration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Experience using SAP, Sage or Oracle suite.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel) for financial modeling and variance analysis.
