Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst will create and deliver analytical reports and dashboards to support data‑driven decisions across the organization. You will work closely with senior BI staff and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure high‑quality insights.

Key responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements, extract data from operational systems, and produce recurring reports and dashboards.
• Perform quality assurance, test conclusions, and select appropriate analysis methods to ensure accurate results.
• Use globally standardized dashboards and best‑practice reporting to meet BI needs.
• Collaborate with senior BI analysts and the BI leader to clarify assignment intent and communicate findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop clear conclusions, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Required skills

• Power BI development and dashboard design.
• SQL for data extraction and modeling.
• Python and machine‑learning concepts (advantageous).
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Power BI Data Analyst (PL‑300) certification preferred.
