Business Intelligence Analyst – Data Visualization & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join Everseen’s India Operations team, acting as the bridge between the global data intelligence team, data infrastructure and strategic tech support. The role focuses on building production‑ready dashboards, ensuring consistent metric definitions, and delivering actionable insights for customer support operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build, publish, and maintain high‑performance Power BI (or equivalent) dashboards and reports to track operational metrics.
• Establish robust SLA reporting templates that enable non‑technical leaders to perform self‑service data exploration.
• Collaborate with data intelligence teams to transform raw datasets into clean, reporting‑ready data.
• Standardize and document enterprise‑level KPIs to ensure a single version of the truth across business units.
• Perform deep‑dive analyses, trend analysis, root‑cause identification, and hypothesis testing to resolve business bottlenecks.
• Develop predictive models and basic data‑science pipelines (Python/PySpark) to forecast operational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, data engineering or a highly technical analyst role.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex data insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience writing production‑level Python or PySpark scripts for data manipulation.

Required skills

• Power BI (including DAX and Power Query) or Sigma Computing.
• SQL with query optimization.
• Python and PySpark.
• Familiarity with service‑desk tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of cloud‑based warehousing architectures, specifically Databricks.
• Certifications: Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate or dbt Analytics Engineering Certification.
