About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive new software development projects through online freelance platforms and professional networks. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Jodhpur, and focuses on identifying high‑value opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and converting leads into signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Research and shortlist relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer.
• Write personalized, high‑quality proposals that address client needs.
• Manage invitations, client communications, and follow‑up activities.
• Generate and qualify leads on LinkedIn, connect with decision‑makers, and schedule discovery calls.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate project scoping.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
• Continuously improve bidding and outreach strategies based on results.

Required profile

• Proven success winning software development projects via Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
• Strong written and spoken English with excellent proposal writing skills.
• Good understanding of web, mobile, SaaS, and AI development services.
• Proactive, organized, accountable, and target‑oriented attitude.
