Business Development Specialist

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will work on‑site in Kozhikode to identify new market opportunities, build client relationships and drive revenue growth for Perfect Software Solutions. You will act as a bridge between prospective customers and our technical teams, translating business needs into tailored software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and generate qualified leads.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and sales collateral.
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Attend client meetings, follow up on inquiries and negotiate contracts.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with management on strategic business initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in software or IT services.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Self‑motivated, organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kozhikode and meet clients as needed.
