Business Development Manager – Private Label Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our Private Label Manufacturing business segment. The ideal candidate will focus on building order books by acquiring key enterprise clients across Home Care, Personal Care, Kitchen Care, and Healthcare verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire enterprise‑level clients and major brands for private label manufacturing orders.
• Proactively manage end‑to‑end B2B sales cycles to build and sustain a strong order book.
• Lead high‑value contract negotiations, pricing structures, and commercial terms.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to align manufacturing cycles, production capabilities, and delivery timelines with client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Private Label Manufacturing or B2B sales.
• Proven success in enterprise client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong commercial negotiation, client relationship management, and strategic deal‑closing abilities.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing cycles and B2B operational dynamics.
• Preferred location: Mumbai.
