Business Development Manager – Luxury Sleep Solutions

About the role

Zeqon Luxury Manor is a premium destination for ultra‑luxury beds and mattresses. The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with architects, builders, contractors and institutional clients, and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Engage walk‑in customers, understand their sleep needs and guide them to suitable solutions.
• Present product features, explain benefits and convert inquiries into sales.
• Develop and onboard relationships with architects and design firms.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and showroom revenue goals.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay current on product specifications, pricing and promotions.
• Collect market feedback, competitor insights and customer preferences to inform business strategy.
• Record sales activities and report performance to management regularly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with architects, builders and institutional clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
