About the role

Social Beat is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead initiatives that generate and engage new business partners, driving growth for the company’s digital marketing services. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to execute strategic plans.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across digital marketing services.
• Audit existing accounts on Meta, Google, SEO, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit to uncover gaps and opportunities.
• Develop data‑backed outreach propositions and build a robust pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and events.
• Build and maintain client relationships, understand marketing objectives, and co‑create customized strategies.
• Create persuasive pitches, present agency capabilities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research, and identify new niches for partnership.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver data‑driven insights and optimise campaign performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in digital marketing or related business development roles.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
