Business Development Manager

About the role

Loyaltri is seeking a full‑time Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for its AI‑powered HR and workforce management platform. Based in Kottayam, you will identify new business opportunities, qualify prospects, and build strong relationships across the GCC and Indian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to uncover potential clients in target industries such as gaming, healthcare, retail, education and hospitality.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, delivering tailored product demos and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams to refine go‑to‑market strategies and messaging.
• Prepare commercial offers, track business development metrics and report progress regularly.
• Represent Loyaltri at client meetings, industry events and forums, and ensure smooth handover to onboarding teams.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and business development experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and account‑management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of SaaS, HR technology or workforce management platforms, preferably in GCC or Indian markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kottayam and travel for client meetings as needed.
