Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for our cutting‑edge visual storytelling solutions. Based in Udupi, you will lead efforts to expand our client base and increase revenue across a range of creative industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CGI, 3D modeling and virtual reality sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and create detailed business plans.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
• Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.
• Strong skills in market research, strategic planning and client relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Knowledge of the creative or visual solutions industry is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
