About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to accelerate enterprise sales growth and expand Cult’s presence across key industries. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with decision‑makers, and deliver customized wellness solutions that generate measurable value for corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new corporate business opportunities to grow the enterprise client base.
- Design and execute strategic plans for market penetration and industry expansion.
- Conduct market research, engage HR, Admin, Procurement, and leadership stakeholders, and understand their wellness needs.
- Present and tailor Cult’s wellness offerings, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to contract negotiation.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective pipeline and CRM management.
- Lead outbound lead‑generation campaigns and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine the product offering.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in hospitality, BFSI, real estate, healthcare, or wellness.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive experience engaging HR, Admin, Procurement, and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales cycles, procurement processes, and enterprise negotiations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
