About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth. In this role you will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence through strategic partnerships and effective sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and business agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and partnership deals with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
