Business Development Executive – Sales & Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Business Development Executive to drive sales and partnership growth for a premium café brand in Hyderabad. This field‑based role focuses on generating new corporate and event business, building lasting relationships, and delivering revenue through direct outreach and on‑site activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach colleges, hospitals, corporate offices, co‑working spaces and other institutions to promote the brand.
• Generate and close corporate orders for team lunches, meetings, events, bulk catering and recurring accounts.
• Develop event‑driven leads by partnering with planners, decorators and event companies for birthdays, anniversaries and corporate parties.
• Create walk‑in traffic through partnerships with residential communities, gyms, schools, hotels and local businesses.
• Conduct outbound calls, field visits, pitch offerings, send proposals and follow up to secure deals.
• Maintain a sales pipeline, report daily activities and achieve revenue‑focused KPIs.

Required profile
