Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth for our home automation solutions across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities into clients.
• Conduct site visits, understand client requirements and map them to our service offerings.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and reports for prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to generate accurate project quotations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular follow‑ups.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion rates.
• Liaise with technicians and third‑party vendors to ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business, Management, Sales or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with the right skill set are welcome.
• Must be based in Goa and hold a valid 2‑wheeler license.
• Excellent communication and self‑motivation with a proven ability to meet targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
