About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand our client’s footprint in the US and Australian markets. The role focuses on B2B sales, consultative selling, and building long‑term relationships with high‑growth businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage high‑growth companies that can benefit from outsourcing, process optimisation, and automation solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and propose tailored business solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to proposal presentation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, cold prospecting, referrals, and networking.
- Stay informed on industry trends in automation, AI, and business process transformation to effectively position solutions.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in international B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record selling to clients in the US and/or Australian markets.
- Strong understanding of technology‑driven business solutions such as SaaS, IT services, BPM/BPO, or automation offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across international time zones.
