Business Development Executive – French Speaking

About the role

Tide is looking for a French‑speaking Business Development Executive to join its Onboarding Team. You will help prospective small‑business customers discover the benefits of Tide’s banking and administrative solutions and guide them through a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with French‑speaking SME prospects, address objections and communicate the value of Tide’s app and services.
• Proactively call leads who have started an application, provide support and ensure completion of the onboarding process.
• Build trust‑based relationships, understand business needs and identify opportunities to introduce relevant financial products.
• Collaborate with KYC agents to verify documentation, resolve application issues and meet regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about Tide’s product portfolio and recommend additional services that match prospect needs.
• Collect feedback on onboarding challenges and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent French communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude with the ability to handle objections.
• Experience in sales or business development, preferably with SMEs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, KYC).
