Business Development Executive (French Speaking) – Hyderabad

About the role

Tide is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who speaks French to join its Hyderabad team. You will help small‑and‑medium enterprises (SMEs) discover and adopt Tide’s banking and administrative solutions, guiding them through the onboarding journey.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective SME members, address objections, and clearly communicate the benefits of Tide’s app.
• Contact leads who have started an application, provide support, and drive them to complete onboarding.
• Build trust‑based relationships, understand business needs, and recommend relevant financial products.
• Collaborate with KYC agents to verify documentation, resolve application issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify upselling opportunities by staying informed about Tide’s product portfolio and using a consultative sales approach.
• Collect feedback on onboarding challenges and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, with strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in sales or business development, preferably within fintech or banking.
• Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a problem‑solving attitude.
