Business Development Executive – B2A, CSR & Digital Skills

About the role

The Business Development Executive (B2A | CSR & Digital Skills) will drive on‑ground execution, partnership development and program expansion across government schools, technical institutes and universities. This field‑oriented role is ideal for professionals familiar with the education ecosystem and government‑led initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage government schools, ITIs, diploma and degree colleges; support MoUs, pilot programs and institutional onboarding.
• Assist in the rollout of UNICEF‑aligned Digital and Life Skills programs, handling student onboarding, faculty coordination and program tracking.
• Identify CSR‑funded skilling opportunities, manage documentation, field coordination and reporting; liaise with NGOs, CSR teams and government bodies.
• Source and mobilise candidates for blue‑collar (manufacturing, logistics, retail, field services) and white‑collar (IT, analytics, BFSI, operations, sales) roles, coordinating with institutions for data and assessments.
• Maintain activity reports, lead trackers and institutional data; support events, orientations and local workshops; ensure timely follow‑ups with internal teams.

Required profile

• Field‑oriented professional with strong understanding of the education ecosystem and government initiatives.
• Experience in partnership development, CSR projects or program implementation.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with schools, NGOs and government officials.
