Business Development Associate

About the role

Agile Consultants, a Dubai‑based recruitment and executive search firm, is expanding its Bangalore team. The Business Development Associate will introduce the company’s recruitment services to potential clients across the UAE and GCC, build relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Contact businesses across the UAE and GCC by phone to present Agile Consultants’ recruitment services.
• Engage with HR professionals, hiring managers and business owners to understand their hiring needs.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with prospective clients through regular follow‑ups.
• Identify business opportunities and schedule meetings for the recruitment team.
• Record all client interactions, conversations and follow‑ups accurately.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, business development, customer service or other client‑facing roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
• Confident, well‑organized, proactive and eager to learn.
