Urban Company is expanding its partner acquisition program in North‑East India and seeks a Business Development Associate to lead on‑ground sourcing of salon and spa professionals in Guwahati. This entrepreneurial role blends field outreach with structured reporting, offering direct exposure to city‑level growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high‑quality salon and spa professionals across Guwahati.
• Conduct structured field visits and build relationships with local institutes and salon owners.
• Educate prospects on earning potential and migration pathways.
• Manage lead funnel, screening, and documentation.
• Maintain disciplined daily reporting and pipeline tracking.

Required profile

• Fluent in Khasi (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills.
• Own a personal laptop.
• Comfortable with daily field travel.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or field growth roles.
• Data‑oriented and target‑driven mindset.
