Business Continuity Analyst (Entry Level)

About the role

Invesco is seeking an entry‑level Business Continuity Analyst to support its global resilience initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, helping to develop, test and maintain continuity plans that protect critical business services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating business continuity and crisis management documentation, including playbooks and recovery plans.
• Support the coordination and execution of tabletop exercises and scenario‑based testing.
• Help conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and map Important Business Services.
• Participate in data collection and reporting for resilience programs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify gaps and support mitigation strategies.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring proper document organization and version control.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in business continuity or operational resilience.
