Business Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our team in Calicut. You will work closely with the CEO and senior business owners, turning deep conversations into actionable insights that drive improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in 8–10 client meetings alongside the CEO to learn the consulting methodology.
• Conduct independent diagnostic interviews (2–3 hours) with business owners.
• Use Claude, Notebook LLM, and internal AI workflows to create process maps, organizational charts, and Business X‑Ray reports.
• Co‑pitch solutions with the CEO and lead client presentations.
• Prepare clean Deal Briefs for the delivery team after a deal is closed.
• Act as the primary relationship anchor for the first 30 days of delivery.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in roles that involve extensive client interaction.
• Fluent in Malayalam and English, capable of interviewing senior business owners without translation.
• Regular user of Claude or ChatGPT for professional tasks.
• Curious about how businesses operate and able to read a room effectively.
