Business Application Consultant

About the role

The Business Application Consultant (IT Business Application Trainer) will lead training initiatives for Oracle Fusion, Dealer Management System (DMS) and RD‑DMS applications. The role combines classroom and virtual delivery with deep subject‑matter expertise to enable dealers and internal teams to use ERP and CRM solutions effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions on ERP, CRM (Sales & Service), DMS and RD‑DMS for dealers and internal users.
• Assist dealers with data entry and end‑to‑end business process execution in the applications.
• Develop metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze system utilization, address user requirements, and ensure smooth operation without disrupting deliverables.
• Collaborate with business partners on implementation, knowledge transfer and process rollout.
• Monitor application usage to guarantee adherence to best practices.
• Support content creation for training materials and coordinate with zonal trainers.
• Capture, publish and report training data regularly to stakeholders.
• Gather feedback, communicate updates and foster a learning environment.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (preferably B.E./B.Tech in CSE/IT).
• Minimum 4 years of IT training experience, including 1‑2 years with Oracle Fusion ERP & CRM.
• Experience in delivering enterprise software training to dealer networks.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
