About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Building Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a residential development. The role involves overseeing building services, car parks, landscaped areas and both internal and external facilities while delivering high‑quality service to residents, landlords and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily building operations, including car parks, landscaping and facility services.
Ensure compliance with health and safety and security standards.
Supervise maintenance activities, planned preventative work and on‑site projects.
Oversee contractor performance and staff supervision.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, landlords and stakeholders.
Lead operational teams and coordinate with the Estate Manager to achieve building objectives.

Required profile

Proven experience in building or property management.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to maintain a safe, efficient and well‑managed environment.
