Branding & Packaging Designer (Collaboration)

About the role

Urban Nosh is seeking a talented Branding & Packaging Designer to collaborate on redefining its visual identity and packaging experience. You will work directly with the founders to create premium, contemporary designs that honor a 67‑year family legacy while appealing to modern consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Design luxury packaging for pouches, boxes, gift hampers, and festive collections.
• Develop brand patterns, visual systems, and packaging architecture across the product range.
• Create print‑ready artwork and production files.
• Research packaging trends, materials, and finishes.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure design feasibility.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Contribute creative ideas that differentiate Urban Nosh in the premium food and gifting market.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Luxury FMCG Packaging Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing food, beverage, gifting, personal care, or retail packaging projects.
• Ability to balance aesthetic excellence with commercial functionality.
• Experience with premium or luxury brands is preferred.
