Brand Trainer

About the role

Kulcha Patola is building India’s first organized Punjabi Fusion QSR brand and needs a hands‑on Brand Trainer to embed brand standards into daily outlet operations. You will work across multiple locations, coaching teams on the floor, fixing execution gaps, and ensuring every guest receives a consistent experience.

Key responsibilities

• Train front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams on guest experience, order‑taking, upselling, hygiene, grooming, service flow, food handling and brand behaviour.
• Coach staff directly on the floor during live service and conduct outlet training audits.
• Ensure SOPs are followed during peak periods and document gaps.
• Create practical training modules for new and existing employees.
• Support pre‑opening training and launch‑readiness checks for new outlets.
• Collaborate with operations, kitchen, commissary and management to roll out new processes, menu updates and campaigns.
• Maintain training trackers, attendance records, skill matrices, checklists and performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Comfortable training semi‑skilled outlet teams in a practical, on‑ground manner.
• Experience in QSR, food service, hospitality or related operations.
• Process‑driven, detail‑oriented and able to spot operational gaps early.
• Willingness to travel between outlets in the Chandigarh/Tricity region and beyond.
• Disciplined, energetic and able to thrive in a fast‑scaling startup environment.

Required skills

• Basic digital tools for tracking (e.g., spreadsheets, simple databases).
