About the role

Scapia is looking for a Brand Marketing professional to own and execute end‑to‑end brand campaigns. You will translate high‑level strategy into precise go‑to‑market plans, working at the intersection of product, growth and creative teams to ensure flawless launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling marketing concepts, creative territories and messaging frameworks across all consumer touchpoints.
• Own the full campaign lifecycle – from insight and idea generation to channel planning (on‑app & off‑app), GTM execution and performance measurement.
• Plan and execute campaigns across CRM, digital, social, in‑app, lifecycle and offline channels, ensuring both brand impact and business outcomes.
• Partner with product, growth, design and creative teams to align objectives, messaging and execution timelines.
• Manage timelines, dependencies and external partners with precision, overseeing every asset from film production to push notifications.
• Monitor campaign data in real time and pivot tactics quickly when performance deviates from expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in brand, consumer or integrated marketing.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑channel campaigns for e‑commerce, consumer tech, FMCG or lifestyle brands.
• Experience in agency account management or planning is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, high‑ownership environment.
