Brand Manager

About the role

Porter is seeking a Brand Manager to shape and communicate its brand narrative across films, campaigns, digital assets and social platforms. The role blends creative thinking, cultural insight and execution excellence to drive brand awareness while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development of brand campaigns, from brief to execution, translating business priorities and market insights into compelling communication.
• Lead the creation of brand films, managing concept, scripting, shoots and post‑production with agencies and production partners.
• Produce digital‑first assets and adapt campaigns into platform‑native formats such as short‑form video, social creatives and performance assets.
• Identify and act on social media trends and pop‑culture moments to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Manage creative agencies, production partners and external vendors, ensuring consistent quality, timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product, growth, PR and leadership teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
• Plan and monitor campaign timelines, measuring impact on both brand perception and business metrics.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in brand or content roles, preferably within fast‑moving consumer or tech environments.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end campaign execution and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong creative thinking, cultural awareness and a track record of delivering high‑quality visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills, with experience handling agencies and production workflows.
