Brand Designer

About the role

Gensler is seeking a Brand Designer to lead and support design projects that shape experiences through wayfinding, environmental graphics and brand activation. Working under a Design Director, you will translate strategy into compelling visual solutions while balancing client budgets and Gensler’s creative vision.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with external resources to ensure timely production of high‑quality deliverables.
• Maintain error‑free client communications, presentations, proposals and other materials.
• Partner with internal departments to meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Lead conceptual exploration, sketching, research and thumbnail studies.
• Develop design directions from concept through production and provide constructive feedback on team work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and integrate brand design with wayfinding and environmental graphics.

Required profile

• 0‑5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Experience with environmental graphic design projects such as signage, wayfinding, or brand activation.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of reading architectural plans, sections and elevations is a plus.

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• SketchUp.
• Adobe Premiere.
• Keynote.
