Brand & Community Manager

About the role

ATE is looking for a Brand & Community Manager to shape how the brand appears across cafés, collaborations, retail spaces, and cultural events. Reporting directly to the Founder’s Office, you will act as the strategic extension of the founders, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with brand partners, cultural collaborators, and press.
• Plan, direct, and oversee brand‑led events from concept through execution and follow‑up.
• Serve as the primary host for guests, collaborators, and special visitors.
• Respond to inquiries from collaborators, press, and retail partners, supporting onboarding and continuity.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow retail membership, retention, and loyalty.
• Collect and analyse guest and retail feedback, translating insights into brand improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of brand‑led retail activity in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Background in brand, marketing, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
• Prior agency experience, preferably with F&B or hospitality brands.
• Experience managing influencers and customer‑facing or brand‑hosting roles.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Calendar and Google Sheets.
• Experience managing brand presence on Shopify.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business for communication.
• Knowledge of Instagram Business tools.
