Brand Communications Manager

About the role

Kanpeki Care is seeking a Brand Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of its brand narrative. Based in Noida, this full‑time, on‑site position will ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all channels, supporting the company’s focus on high‑quality Japanese‑inspired skincare.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand communication strategies that align with business objectives.
• Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms.
• Oversee public‑relations activities, including media relations, press materials, and event support.
• Create and manage content for both digital and offline touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and cross‑functional teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor brand perception, analyze campaign performance, and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in brand management with a track record of building consistent brand identity.
• Knowledge of integrated marketing and ability to coordinate multi‑channel campaigns.
• Expertise in strategic communications and alignment of messaging with target audiences.
• Background in public relations, including media outreach and event support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or related field.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer products is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
