Brand Ambassador & Front Office Host

About the role

The Host Brand Face is the first point of contact for PeopleX Ventures, representing the brand to visitors, clients, and candidates. Based on‑site in Bengaluru South, this full‑time position ensures a professional and welcoming experience at every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reception and front‑office presence, greeting guests and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and basic event logistics for the recruiting team.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and visitor‑management systems, providing accurate information.
• Support client‑facing communication and maintain consistent brand messaging across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the distributed recruiting and consulting team to present a cohesive brand image.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, brand‑aligned demeanor.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage diverse stakeholder interactions.
• Organizational aptitude for scheduling, meeting coordination, and basic event support.
• Comfortable using common office tools such as email, calendars, video‑conferencing, and basic CRM/visitor‑management systems.
• Previous experience in hospitality, corporate reception, front office, or client relations is preferred.
