Branch Relationship Manager – Consumer Banking

About the role

The Branch Relationship Manager will drive volume and revenue growth by acquiring high‑net‑worth clients (AUM ≥ INR 1 million) and deepening relationships with existing customers across DBS Consumer Banking’s extensive branch network.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and upgrade quality clients in the branch’s Treasure segment, targeting AUM ≥ INR 1 M.
• Engage existing customers to increase wallet share, retain assets, and grow AUM.
• Achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue targets as defined.
• Promote activation of e‑Channels (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Online Mutual Funds, Debit Card) and grow Savings Book balances.
• Implement product strategies through effective cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Build client trust and loyalty through lifestyle and beyond‑banking propositions.
• Ensure exemplary customer service and adherence to DBS service standards.
• Maintain strict internal and regulatory compliance, including AML/KYC and risk reviews.
• Coordinate with Service, Distribution, and Product teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in relationship management within consumer banking or a similar financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of banking products such as deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, credit cards, and personal loans.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients and meet defined revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams.
• Commitment to compliance, risk management, and high service standards.
