About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Gurgaon branch, overseeing resource planning and execution of sales strategies to grow market share and brand equity. The role focuses on achieving business targets while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet branch targets for agent productivity, new premium, and persistency.
• Drive the performance of the field force through effective people management and motivation.
• Maintain financial discipline, monitor revenue, and ensure cost‑effective operations.
• Ensure 100 % compliance with regulatory and internal procedures to support smooth operations.
• Lead sales promotional activities and recommend product or process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee branch administration to sustain smooth functioning and cost control.
