Branch Manager – Gold Loans

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Gold Loan operations. The role involves driving growth, ensuring portfolio quality, and delivering exceptional customer service across the branch network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and increase loan disbursements.
• Oversee end‑to‑end branch operations including valuation, loan approval, disbursement, collections and cross‑selling.
• Monitor portfolio performance, LTV compliance, asset quality and overdue accounts; take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal audit standards and operational SOPs.
• Lead, coach and evaluate the branch team, including valuation managers and sales staff.
• Maintain readiness for internal and external audits and manage risk indicators such as auction cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a branch or similar business unit in financial services, preferably in gold loan or secured lending.
• Strong understanding of credit underwriting, valuation processes and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve business targets while preserving portfolio quality.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management capabilities.
