B.Pharm Graduate – Customer Support Pharmacist (Gurgaon)

About the role

We are seeking a B.Pharm graduate to join our Gurgaon team as a customer‑support pharmacist. The role involves answering patient and customer queries, providing accurate medicine information, and supporting sales activities while ensuring a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle patient and customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on medicines, products and treatment plans within the defined scope.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists and internal teams as needed.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Support sales and conversion activities while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pharmacy guidelines.
• Protect confidentiality of patient and customer information.

Required profile

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm qualification (mandatory).
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; freshers are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of medicines, pharmacy and healthcare products.
• Comfortable working with CRM software and standard computer applications.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work in a target‑oriented environment.
